Nigerians and Fuel hustling

The fuel crisis is getting out of hand. Below are the pictures of what you must go through in Enugu before you can get fuel at 86.50 naira per litre and if don't wish to do so then you will have to pay 250 to 270 naira per litre

Some are using whatever in their hand to hustle for fuel, like in the picture above, a man used plastic cooler to hustle for fuel.
